Juli Rogers

I’m Juli Rogers, a Haywood County native who grew up in the Cruso community, just outside the Canton and Waynesville areas, where these mountains have always meant home. There’s something special about living in a place where familiar faces are everywhere and neighbors still show up for one another. That sense of belonging is a big part of why I love helping people find their place here, too. Before becoming a licensed North Carolina Realtor in 2016, I worked in dental hygiene. Taking care of people, listening closely, and helping them feel comfortable have always been at the heart of my work. Today, as part of Gateway Realty Group, powered by Keller Williams Great Smokies, I bring that same care to buyers and sellers throughout Western North Carolina, along with local knowledge and honest, practical guidance. My husband, Travis, is my partner in the life we’ve built together. He owns a grading, septic, and driveway business, so conversations about homes, land, and what makes a property work tend to follow us right to the supper table. We bring different strengths to our partnership, but we share a strong work ethic, a love for our community, and a commitment to taking good care of the people who count on us. We’re raising three boys—our twins, Tegan and Charlie, and our youngest, Chappel—who keep our calendar full and our hearts even fuller. Between football, trap shooting, and archery, there’s usually a game, practice, or competition to get to, and cheering them on is one of my favorite places to be. We’re also proud Clemson Tiger fans, so there’s plenty of orange in our house! And then there’s Disney. I love 🏰 Disney World 👸, all things 🪄Mickey Mouse🧜‍♀️, and having a little magic to look forward to. These mountains will always have my heart, but a trip to see Mickey is awfully hard to beat. Real estate gives me the opportunity to be part of some meaningful chapters in people’s lives.
